Few things are more annoying than asking a male teacher a question and them turning around to explain to the whole class a the most basic piece of the topic and then turn to ask you if that answered your question.
Few things are more power inducing than looking him in the eye and saying, that doesnt even begin to answer my question as its much more complicated than just that.
