I keep seeing younger people identifying openly and proudly as lesbians and god it makes me so happy. To know young girls aren’t going to have to suffer those years of confusion, forcing themselves to like men, and all the other horrible things lesbians have had to go through.
It’s thanks to out, proud and loud vocal lesbians. You made this possible, you gave them information you didn’t have and showed them that what they feel isn’t wrong and they can grow up into happy well adjusted adults while loving women.
You should be proud.
