Good afternoon, the academic culture of “if you’re not overworking, you don’t deserve success” is unhealthy.
I think what i love most about the mcelroys is that theyre two Scorpios and an Aries, they get anger. they get how it lives under your skin and bubbles in your stomach slides down the back of your throat cloaks the back of your eyes, it just lives there. But they also get that it isnt a universal anger, they get how to keep that anger inside, how to use it as spite to make the world a better place. They aren’t ignorant or uncaring to what is happening around us, they are just using their anger as part of their, and our, healing.
