super-strong platonic relationships and unconditional support between people attracted to one another’s genders. friendships between straight males and females. friendships between gay males. friendships between lesbian females. friendships between bi or pan nonbinary folks. not everyone has to be attracted to one another just because of their gender and i think that’s great
I would date an actor just so I can tell people that my boyfriend’s an actor and then they’d be like “oh? What’s he been in?” And I’d say “me” and raise my wine glass and laugh because in this scenario I’m at a fancy cocktail party.
just as like….a way to reframe aging for folks who are anxious about the process i’ll be 35 (i realize this is young but not to everyone) this year and i’ve never liked myself more than i do right now
